Here at Sip we aren't going to ask you to donate your money. Instead, Sip Coffee Co is making the donations! Our baristas will each pick somewhere to donate and Sip will make a $100 donation for each of them. If you are involved somewhere you would like us to consider please let us know! Welcome to Sip Coffee Company! My name is Kelly Gregory and I’m the owner here. I’ve been working in coffee since I was a freshman at George Fox. I quickly developed a love for making people’s day one cup at a time. If I’m not pulling shots on Sip’s bar you’ll find me watching one of my Son’s sports games, creating custom jackets for my other business, or out in the barn with one of our horses. I live with my husband David and our 2 boys Jack and Jesse. We put roots down in St. Paul and are actively involved in the community there and in Newberg. Thanks for checking us out! Cheers!

My name is Lauren, also known as Lolo around here. I have worked at Sip for over ten years, give or take a few in between. I'm a Newberg native, married to the love of my life, love to thrift shop, anything to do with Disney, and of course, I love a good iced coffee. My love of Sip started when I was just a babe. My mom drove my siblings and I thru, and I haven't stopped visiting since. This job has given me so much more than a paycheck. I have gained life long friends, relationships within the community, confidence in my craft, a creative outlet, and a place to grow. I love Sip. And becoming the Manager here is one of my most favorite accomplishments. Swing by, I can't wait to serve you!

Hi! I’m Stacie and I have worked at sip for what has seemed like my whole life- at least my kids whole lives 🤣
I started into the barista world when I was 14 and managed my high schools coffee shop as part of the business program.
From there I went to work at a small coffee and gift shop in Sisters, Oregon. When I started college I worked at the George Fox coffee cart and then later got hired on at sip the summer before I got married in 2010.
A degree, a husband and two kiddos later- I still havnt left my second home at sip :)

Hi, I’m Laura! I have been a barista at Sip since the fall of 2021. I started working coffee at George Fox University and then at the Newport Aquarium coffee shop. After starting a family and living the military life for many years, I find myself back in Newberg once again. I have two kids and they are my all time favorite people. I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, growing my art business, and of course, drinking all the coffee. I am so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team of beautiful, supportive, and hilarious women.

Hey, I’m Brooke! I started at Sip in June of 2022 and it was my first job ever. I already loved drinking coffee, and now I love serving it to people as well. I am currently a student at Newberg High School. Outside of work and school, I love to stay busy running, hanging out with friends, and being outdoors. I couldn’t be happier to work in such a fun environment and feel so lucky to call Sip my second family!

Hi y’all, I’m Belle! I’m a senior at George Fox University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish. I’ve been brewing at Sip Coffee since my senior year of high school! Off-duty, you can find my singing, experimenting in the lab, cheering on my brother at Buckaroo games, or getting ice cream with friends. I’m off to study in Spain for a bit, but hopefully I’ll be back in our coffee stand in no time.

I started working at Sip in June of 2023. I graduated from George fox in 2023 and wanted to find a job in customer service while I study for my masters degree! I enjoy paddle boarding, good food and organizing anything and everything! I am so thankful to be able to say I have found lifelong friends at Sip and there is no place I’d rather be💓

Hello! I’m Jenna, a new barista at Sip! This is my first venture into the coffee world, and I’m loving every moment. I’m a student at Chemeketa Community College, pursuing a transfer degree with the aim of becoming a Dental Hygienist! When I’m not working or studying, you’ll find me drawing or playing the guitar. I’m thrilled to be part of such an incredible team at Sip!
