FAQs

SHIPPING: 

  • Once retail orders are placed and paid in full, the items will be shipped in 4-7 business days unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us and we will make arrangements to rush your items. Orders placed after 5PM on Friday's will be processed the following Monday.
  • If an order is shipped from The Branded Belle to an address that you as the customer provided is incorrect, you as the customer will be responsible. 
  • The Branded Belle WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. The Branded Belle WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We are more than happy to try and help locate your item but cannot guarantee that it will be retrieved if sent to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

LOCAL PICKUP:

  • Orders will be placed outside for local pickup within 4-7 business days. If you need the item sooner please EMAIL us at thebrandedbelle@gmail.com.
  • You will receive an email with ALL pickup information as soon as the item is outside and ready. If you do not receive an email within 4 business days feel free to contact us. 
  • Facebook messages, personal Facebook messages are NOT ways to contact us for shipping updates. YOU must email!

PRE ORDER ITEMS:

  • If you are ordering a PREORDER item, it will state the estimated time of arrival on our website. Sometimes our vendors give us an estimated date & the items get delayed. If this happens we will reach out to you immediately to give you an updated ETA on the items arrival. 

RETURNS: 

  • Returns on clothing & shoes will be eligible for store credit or exchange for a different size/item. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving date. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
  • All items must be returned in NEW condition.  This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, makeup or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit/exchange. When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe box if sent in the box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper. If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping. 
  • All HATS are FINAL SALE.
  • All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines.

Please include a note in your package with your Name, Address, Phone Number and a brief description of what you are requesting. Packages sent back without a note will receive a store credit code to the email you provided at the time of checkout. We HIGHLY recommend getting a tracking number for your return, if lost in the mail we are not responsible and store credit will not be given.
